Troy was born in San Diego, California and grew up in central Illinois. In 2015, he joined the U.S. Air Force as an active duty member. Troy transitioned to the U.S. Air Force Reserves in 2021 and completed two more years of service. During his eight years in service, Troy spent time as a project manager, an intelligence analyst, and completed one deployment to the Middle East. Additionally, he received his associates degree in Intelligence Studies and Technology. In June 2024, after spending eight years in Florida, Troy transitioned to Arizona to begin a new journey. 

Troy’s hobbies include spending time with his family and puppy Miso, working out, traveling to different states, and exploring incredible restaurants. He also loves to root for the Los Angeles Chargers, Los Angeles Lakers, and Oregon Ducks.
