Cassidy L. Bacon’s legal practice focuses primarily on representing public sector labor organizations and their members in all aspects of their labor relations and employment. She also represents clients in personal injury claims.
Cassidy’ s work with public sector labor associations encompasses corporate governance issues, contract drafting and negotiations, unfair labor practice proceedings, investigations, grievances, arbitrations, and drafting legislation. She has represented clients before various administrative agencies and state courts in cases involving employment discrimination, breach of contract, disciplinary appeals, peace officer certification, pension benefits, and personal injury matters. She also has experience drafting and reviewing employment and non-competition agreements.
Cassidy received her law degree, cum laude, from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University. She began her career clerking for the Honorable Patricia K. Norris at the Arizona Court of Appeals, where she gained valuable insight into the workings of and practice before appellate courts.
