Eric Wilson is a labor and employment attorney with an emphasis on public sector employee representation. Eric has developed a local practice representing employees and labor associations in a variety of areas, ranging from corporate governance to individual employee due process representation. Eric has successfully represented employees in disciplinary appeals, grievances, arbitrations, unfair labor practice charges, collective bargaining agreement litigation, and a variety of other employment litigation. Eric’s practice also involves representing employees in general employment claims under Title IV, the ADAA, and other EEO Statutes in Arizona Superior Court and U.S. District Court. Eric is eager to zealously represent clients in various labor and employment matters, championing professional rights toward the desired outcome.
Mr. Wilson is also a contributing attorney to the firms experienced litigation practice, in the areas of personal injury, medical malpractice, and contract claims.
In his free time, Eric enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, golfing, and, of course, watching the Nebraska Cornhuskers and Denver Broncos football.
